Background and Experience

Mr. Adams is a PhD graduate student who is developing new cryogenic refrigerators inspired by acoustic wind instruments. His Master’s thesis at MIT was on the development of drawn-polymer micro-channel heat exchangers with application to recuperative cryocoolers. He received his bachelor's of mechanical engineering and physics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2018.
