Background and Experience

Sheila, an alumna of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Humanities and Science, is deepening her expertise by pursuing dual MBA/MPP degrees at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her academic endeavors are driven by a passion for integrating business, policy, technology, STEM, and disability accessibility to break down barriers for the deaf and hard-of-hearing people and people with disabilities in their everyday lives.
